How long will shipping take?
We aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.
- Within Pakistan: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- International: Orders are delivered within 12 to 15 business days.
- Please note: During sale periods or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 2-3 days.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Order ID.
- Verification Call: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may reach out via a phone call or WhatsApp to verify your details before processing.
- Status Update: Your order is officially "Confirmed" once it has passed this verification and is moved to our warehouse for packing.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not been dispatched.
