How long will shipping take?
We strive to deliver your favorites as quickly as possible.
Domestic Orders: Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
Sale Periods: Please note that during major sales or new collection launches, delivery may take up to 10 to 12 working days due to high order volumes.
International Orders: For our global customers, shipping usually takes 12 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Order ID.
- Verification Call: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may reach out via a phone call or WhatsApp to verify your details before processing.
- Status Update: Your order is officially "Confirmed" once it has passed this verification and is moved to our warehouse for packing.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not been dispatched.
How to Change: Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the new address.
Dispatch Policy: Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the shipment.
